Shipping and Returns Policy


Order Confirmation:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  This verifies that your order has been received and your credit card pre-authorized for the purchase.  

 

Order Shipment:

Damages:

Please inspect your package when it arrives:

If the package is outwardly damaged to the extent that you suspect the contents are damaged, refuse the delivery. Contact our VIB Customer Service Team by phone at 855-842-7867, opt 4 or by email at [email protected] to inform us that you have refused the delivery, and we will help to arrange for a replacement.

If you accept the delivery and find that there is concealed damage to the contents of the package, contact our VIB Customer Service Team by phone at 855-842-7867, opt 4 or by email at [email protected] .  We will help arrange for the pickup of your damaged product, as well as its replacement.


Cancellations & Refunds:

If you want to cancel or change your order, please call our VIB Customer Service Team by phone at 855-842-7867, opt 4 or by email at [email protected]  as soon as possible; so that we can try to effect the change. 

  • If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping charges.  


  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.  


  • PLEASE NOTE: Product returns will not be accepted, if they have been opened.
