  Venison Breakfast Sausage  Grilled Lemon Filets 
  3.5 lbs. fresh venison (ground)
1.5 lbs. fresh pork (ground)
1 cup VIB sausage seasoning

Mix all ingredients well and shape into patties. 
Place between sheets of wax paper and freeze
in freezer bags

  2 lbs. fresh fish fillets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
VIB Mobjack Bay seasoning, to taste
1 lemon, sliced

Drizzle olive oil over fish fillets and place on large
sheet of aluminum foil.  Sprinkle generously with
VIB seasoning.  Place lemon slices over fish
and fold over foil.  Grill until fish flakes with a fork.
