Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.   If your item is on backorder we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Most orders will ship the day after receipt of order; at most it will take us 3 days. We will charge your credit card on receipt of order.  We will send you a shipping acknowledgement within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive your order within six business days, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive:

If the package is outwardly damaged to the extent that you suspect the contents are damaged, refuse the delivery. Contact us at [email protected] to inform us that you have refused the delivery, and we will arrange for replacement.

If you accept the delivery and find that there is concealed damage to the contents of a package, contact us at [email protected] We will arrange for the pickup of your damaged product, as well as its replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If you want to cancel or change your order, please call 855-842-7867 as soon as possible; we will try to effect the change. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  We will not accept returns of any product which has been opened.
